ByteTag is a scannable pet tag containing all of your pets important information conveniently in one profile. The profile can be viewed using a QR code located on the back of the pet tag or typing in the unique URL link associated with the QR code.
The unspoken problem with traditional pet tags is that your phone number and home address are visible to unwanted eyes.
With ByteTag, you can choose to only display your contact information on your pet's profile when your pet has been marked as lost. Marking your pet as lost is as easy as clicking one button!
Included in each package will be your tag(s) along with an insert card with all the necessary information on how to set up and activate your pets profile.
Only if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
We do not accept returns unless the item was damaged upon arrival. Damages must be emailed proof within 3 days of delivery.
For returns, please email (support@bytetag.com) with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

Check your front door or mailbox! Your ByteTag will be waiting there.
Contact your local USPS and provide them with the tracking information received through email.
In the event your tracking shows delivered but has not arrived, please allow 48 hours as there can be a chance of a delay. If it has not arrived within the given timeframe please contact us at support@bytetag.com
Once a product goes out of stock, there is not a guarantee that it will return. If you do see something you like, be sure to pick it up as it may not come back!
