Conditions for Return:

• Unused and Unopened: To be eligible for a return, your ByteTag must be completely unused and unopened, with all original packaging intact.
• Non-Activated: We cannot accept returns for activated ByteTags. This is because activation signifies you've used the product and linked it to your pet's profile.
• No Damage: The ByteTag must be free of any damage or wear and tear.
