At ByteTag we offer a 30 day refund, 60 day exchange, and a lifetime warranty on all purchases made online.

Shipping & Handling

Our order processing time is 1-2 business days for all in-stock merchandise. Please note that all timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and certain Holidays. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so if changes need to be made to your order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. 


Only if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund. We do not accept returns unless the item was damaged upon arrival. Damages must be emailed proof within 3 days of delivery.

  • For returns, please email ( with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Shipping costs are non refundable.



Since day 1, quality of products and commitment to our customers have been at the core of everything we do. We believe so much in this that we offer a one time, any time warranty on all of our ByteTags! Should your ByteTag tear, break or stop functioning, simply contact us for a one-time replacement, no matter how long it's been.


Please include your full name, email address and original order number in your message. We’ll replace your ByteTag with the same specifications you originally ordered and get it to you as soon as possible. If the ByteTag you originally ordered is no longer in stock, we'll work with you to pick a comparable replacement.
